He focuses on governance, CEO accountability, strategic growth, M&A, and operational excellence, ensuring portfolio companies scale with discipline, accountability, and durable value creation.
He has held COO, Vice President, and General Manager roles with full P&L ownership across industry titans including BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and Cubic, operating at scale in complex, regulated environments.
Brian has led business units more than $450M in revenue, including service as COO of a $360M division within $1B+ enterprise structures. His career is defined by hands-on operational execution, program recovery, cost transformation, and disciplined growth in high-consequence manufacturing and technology organizations.
He brings deep M&A and integration experience, having led multiple acquisitions and post-close integrations. His work spans diligence, transaction execution, operational integration, ERP transitions, Lean deployment, and leadership alignment to realize value creation rapidly and sustainably.
Brian is a retired Rear Admiral of the U.S. Navy, where he led large-scale organizations, managed critical national security programs, and developed high-performance leadership teams under operational pressure. His combined military and industrial background provides rare credibility in governance, accountability, and execution at the board and enterprise level.
Served on executive governance and operating councils at BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and Cubic, providing oversight on P&L, strategic planning, acquisitions, and operational execution. Guided major capital allocations, program approvals, and integration of acquired businesses.
