Jason Worley

CEO & Founder

Jason Worley serves as the CEO of Worl, an Aerospace & Defense Precision Machining enterprise surrounded by exceptional A&D, legal and finance experience, and those who have served. He is conducting modernization of legacy shops towards one enterprise.

Prior to his founding of Worl, Jason brings more than 19 years of commercial leadership (ideas to reality) merging his artistic vision with business strategy through financial performance, strategic & operational transformation, and customer & talent development in a wide array of industries, in most business life cycles and operational designs to achieve a clearly defined outcome by optimizing and maximizing business performance.

Over 19 years, 10 of those years were serving Fortune 100-500 in highly regulated and turning red tape into ribbon cuttings (Cognizant Technology, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Volvo Trucks, Liquid, and many more), 9 of those years as CEO & Co/Founder of his own companies (Worley Global, Famah Foundation, and many failures), and 5 of those years investing (Commercial Real Estate and Technology (IoT)). All-in-all, consistently demonstrating an ability to bring ideas to reality, build, scale and enable high-performing multi and interdisciplinary teams with emerging technology to drive defined business outcomes.

Fun fact: Prior to his professional career, he started in the family and friend small business of restaurants for an additional 11 years. He has handled the register, customer service and stocking the team’s efforts in-between starting at age 7. He led the frontend while the family handled the backend. At 14, he led the business operations, financials, and team.

He has been a Board Member of Rotary International, Lehigh University – Program Director in Commercializing Global Markets with Dynamics of Local Market Conditions, Lehigh Valley Health Networks, and American Heart Association and stopped, where he left and focused being on the frontlines (i.e. business and Famah.org).

He holds a BFA in Communication Design from Kutztown University, PA.
